mmo-hub-bar.jhs:1A monitoring hub's bar (mmo.admin's docs/monitoring.md): when the fleet was last collected, a button collecting it now, and the page reloaded every refresh seconds while it is in view -- the readings it shows are the last collection's, which cron or php hub.php watch renews.
