VersionedFolder

A folder kept as a git repository of its own, every change committed as it is written: the developer layer's inbox on a server (the tickets filed there, InboxStore), apart from the application's data and from its release.

Made the first time it is written: `git init`, a `.gitignore` (what stays on the server, never cloned: the screenshots), and `receive.denyCurrentBranch updateInstead`, so that `php admin.php developer pull` can push back what it took. No git on the machine: the files are still written, unversioned, and a warning says so.
